Chef Christine has been part of the Jewish community for over eight years. She started working as a dishwasher for the Preschool at Temple Beth Sholom. While working for other chefs, she learned how to prepare kosher meals and desserts. As time went by chef Christine learned how to prepare extended Kiddush, Bar/bat Mitzvah events and Passover meals.
Inspired by cooking and working for the Jewish community chef Christine pursued her degree and graduated with high honors from Escoffier school of culinary arts. Twisted Spice Catering is a family owned business that provides set up, all equipment, servers, and complete clean up. We currently are doing kosher and non kosher events. Some events have been Gluten Free and Dairy free.
We have done Baby showers, Private dinners at customers homes, a party at the Industrial event space for 60 guests.
