All of our meatballs are handmade made with all Angus beef for the best flavor possible. Our bread is locally sourced here in Knoxville. We typically offer 5-8 different menu selections daily so every time you come there will something new to try. Lasagna layered with our signature sauce, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, and Parmesan. Taco meatballs or tex mex chicken served on corn chips, topped with lettuce, tomato, cheese, spicy white queso sauce, sour cream and salsa.
Blue cheese and cracked black pepper meatball served with tomato, lettuce, and our signature bacon tomato Gorgonzola ranch. Steak seasoned Angus meatballs, grilled peppers and onions, jack and cheddar cheese served on toasted hoagie roll. We offer catering services off the truck with the selections you choose, drop off catering, and traditional buffet style catering specific to your needs.
