Applewood-hickory smoked and pulled Heritage Farms Cheshire Pork with Eastern and Western NC BBQ Sauce.
Nashville HOT Chicken and Waffle- Southern fried chicken filet dunked in our house made Cheerwine BBQ sauce served open faced on Belgium Style Waffle.
Crispy Ribs Char-Siu- Applewood smoked St. Louis cut pork ribs tossed in our house made sticky sweet Hawaiian BBQ sauce (served with lots of napkins!).
State Divided Pulled Pork Sandwich- Applewood-hickory smoked and pulled local pork on toasted brioche with crispy slaw and choice of NC BBQ Sauce East = Vinegar, West=Tomato, DMZ = both.
