I started my culinary career as a chef at age 5, with my first restaurant under the kitchen table thanks to my very patient and creative parents.
Today, I am a French-trained chef.
I studied as an Apprentice in Paris at La Varenne, Ecole de Cuisine.
After many years of traveling and cooking, my husband, Michael, and I came to Virginia Beach to be closer to our large, extended family and continue our pursuit of creating culinary delights.
Cooking and creating the perfect event continues to be my passion and purpose.
Today, I am a French-trained chef.
