All packages include my savory salsas, corn tortillas, diced onions, chopped cilantro, mozzarella cheese, chips, and limes.
Another delicious entree are our Quesadillas which can be served with just cheese (as a vegetarian option) or stuffed with your choice of meat.
Every Catering package will include three meats, corn tortillas, 4 quarts of rice, 4 quarts of beans, diced onion and cilantro, mozarella cheese, limes, hot and mild salsa, 25 quesadillas, homemade tortilla chips, plates, forks, and napkins.
