GAUSE catering specializes in events where the client host prefers a more upscale menu. We serve all of the favorites: Heavy Hors D'oeuvres, Shrimp & Grits, Beef Tenderloin, Action Stations, Decadent Desserts.

We have been using them for many years and working with them is so smooth and seamless, it hardly requires any effort on our part. They take care of everything. We will return unopened alcohol that is in good condition to Morganelli's for credit.
