I wanted to plan the perfect baby shower for my daughter and just by chance I ran into Chef Justin. He helped plan, shop and cook the entire event for me.

He even showed up early to set up, once he was done he even helped me clean up after the party was over. He went above and beyond which was very impressive. The food and presentation was out of this world. I enjoyed his services so much, I hired him to do three office parties and had the same results each time.

My name is Justin Freedman and I'm the chef behind Chef Life.
Being a chef became a dream for me when I was in elementary school.
I grew very passionate about food growing up in my families restaurant all through high school.
In pursuing my passion, I attended the art institute of Fort Lauderdale and went from graduation to cooking the next day at a Locos Only in Delray Beach, Florida.
I spent a lot of my cooking career in Palm Beach County specifically Delray Beach.
I have cooked all different types of cuisines and managed all different types of restaurants even a Marriott Hotel.
Seasoned with lemon and rosemary, the salmon takes on a light, smokey cedar flavor from grilling on a cedar plank for a taste of earth and ocean.
A stunning cheese platter requires no cooking.
I follow a few key principles to be sure it looks festive and is easy for guests to help themselves.
The chicken is lightly breaded, browned to a golden color, then baked with homemade pomodora sauce and mozzarella cheese and a dash of parsley.
This fried chicken recipe calls for nothing more than chicken, buttermilk (a necessity), flour, oil, salt and pepper.
Maybe you haven't had much luck in the kitchen or maybe your not too shabby, but could use a little refresher course.
Let me help you become the owner of bragging rights after your friends or family finish that fantastic meal.
It can be you.
We offer both private classes, for a little more focused lesson or we offer group lessons that can be a night of fun and laughter.
Doesn't everyone love throwing a BBQ?
Let me do all the work while you get to mingle with your guest, or watch your kids in the bounce house.
