Since then, our mission has been to provide high-quality food for all those that wish to combine fun and enjoyable ambiance with skillful cooking into one extraordinary dining experience. We take great pride in providing our Southern Cuisine with a gourmet twist currently in the Gaithersburg, MD area.

At the tender age of 7, my grandmother would wake me up early in the morning on Saturdays to "get the day started".
Before the sun came up I had washed clothes, cleaned the house and helped prepare dinner.
It was at this age, I fell in love with cooking.
I have cooked all of my life and love every minute of it!
In my adult years, I have worked in all aspects of the kitchen; from washing dishes, waiting tables, prep cook, all the way to becoming Executive Chef.
I love the way food can make people happy and can turn almost any situation around.
