She also owns and operates her own full service event production company, Holleday Productions, and felt it was a natural progression to become a co-owner of Main Street Catering when founder Dave DeGraff was ready for retirement.
She enjoys being a part of the entire process, from developing recipes and menus, to helping the event come together on your big day.
