Pat Spates & Rick Nappi, both Long Island natives, are best friends, partners and co-owners of the thriving 38-year-old business known as Seaqua Deli & Caterers. Sean Spates, Brian Spates & Michael Nappi, born into the business, are dedicated full time Managers. Steve Sanchez, General Manager, flawlessly oversees the everyday operations of both the Deli & Catering Departments.
Steve has been with the company for over 20 years. The award-winning Culinary Institute of America graduate, Chef Lloyd Jurman, and his amazing team, continue to wow customers with incredible food, always fresh, always delicious, always made from scratch. Chef Lloyd has been the Executive Chef with the company for over 20 years.
Catering Manager & Event Coordinator, Culinary Institute of America Graduate, Liz Keschl, oversees the Catering Department from booking small caterings to complete event planning from Birthdays & Showers to elaborate BBQ's & Weddings.A "newbie" Liz has been with the Company for 4 years. Seaqua Deli will deliver and set up catering all over Long Island from Montauk to Manhattan.
