Even now, several weeks after the event, our friends continue to talk about the food and how terrific your staff was throughout the weekend and during Sheva Brachot after the wedding. Andrew Wiener and his two younger siblings grew up in Cafe Shalom, Boston's first Kosher dairy restaurant that Andrew's father Marvin opened in 1977.
After Andrew graduated with a culinary degree from Johnson and Wales in Providence RI, he worked at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in NYC.
There, Andrew trained under the direction of world-class chefs and event planners, serving clients from across the globe.
In 1988, Andrew moved back to Boston and established Catering by Andrew, revolutionizing kosher catering and food service in New England.
