We focus our wedding catering on building community through coffee. Using high quality specialty coffee beans, we strive to create an atmosphere where people will want to gather and enjoy each others company. We source our coffee from the top roasters in Orange County and beyond, then we brew that coffee with the utmost care. Our catering service is all inclusive; all you will need to do is book the event, and we will take care of the rest.

Try our new Intimate Offerings! This is a more simplified way to get delicious coffee at your wedding in a more intimate setting with those quality people! We use our 5 years of expertise in the wedding industry to bring the highest quality and ease to any wedding and wedding planning experience. We make custom flavors for your lattes, our cold brew is said to be some of the best on the market and we bring our attitude full of joy and love.

What more can you ask for in a caterer? Cold Brew Coffee is our specialty. We create several different types of Cold Brew each with its own unique brew method made for different purposes.

Our services are an all-inclusive, open bar styled catering and we base our prices off the TOTAL guest count and the total amount of time you want us serving for.
We do this so that we can give your guests the freedom to try as many drinks as they would like.
We have all types of coffee and milk tea drinks from caffeinated to decaffeinated to kid friendly.
Our Intimate Offering Rates are designed for people that want deliciously catered coffee but are either unable to pay that premium price it costs to have a barista come and serve all of your guests or is just looking for something more intimate and simple.
A member from our team will freshly brew your coffee, then immediately deliver it to your event's location.
We will then set up a nice display for our Coffee, Cold Brew, and Condiment station.
After your event, we will come pack up our coffee supplies in our truck and take them away.
Insert the portafilter into the espresso machine and begin extraction until the proper gram weight of yielded espresso is dispensed, then check the time.
While pouring, the spirals should go from the center to the outside of the Wave and back inward.
Pour hot water over the grounds until the scale reaches 40 grams and all the grounds are saturated.
After 20 seconds, start pouring tight small circles into the center of the coffee bed until the scale reaches 60 grams.
The bloom is 45 seconds total.
