A graduate of the Culinary Business Academy, she has been cooking for over twenty-five years. An active member of the United States Personal Chef Association, she shares her love through cooking with Dallas families between her catering events.
She has previously done demos for the Food Revolution Day and the Taste of Dallas. Chef Cassy is also a food vendor in the State Fair of Texas specializing in deep fried southern dishes.
