As a life-long lover of food, Rachel parted from her original career path for the kitchen and moved to New York City to train at the French Culinary Institute, now the International Culinary Center in Manhattan.Meanwhile, she cooked in notable restaurants and catering companies, worked as a private chef, and taught cooking classes. In short, she has decided to return to the New River Valley and share her experiences with us.

Not only was the food superb, but the portions were more than generous.
I'm dealing with some health issues and my husband is in a very demanding and high stress position that makes coming home and trying to put healthy and good food on the table just beyond impossible.
