Originally from Monroe, Michigan Chef/owner Adam Morrison was lured into the culinary world when his passion for the industry and the food was recognized at an early age.
After several years apprenticing with and under many great chefs at exclusive hotels, country clubs and restaurants in and around the metro Detroit/Ann Arbor Michigan.
Adams culinary philosophy and passions reflect the growing awareness towards a healthier and down to earth lifestyle.
Working with neighboring farms to seek out the finest in regional and local produce is the essence of his cuisine.
