I just attended an outdoor wedding in blazing heat catered by Chef Michael's catering.
All I can say is "WOW".
This was the best wedding food I have ever eaten and I have been to quite a few weddings.
Nevermind wedding food, it was just excellent food, period.
The filet mignon was fantastic, i actually saw someone cutting it with a spoon.
I can't say enough good things about these folks.
They handled the event with grace and good humor (even when the electricity kept cutting off) and in 90 plus degree heat, everyone had a smile.
All I can say is "WOW".
