Services
Upon approval of your estimate, a 50% deposit of your invoice total is required to secure our services.
The balance is due three (3) business days prior to the function and the confirmed number of guests is also required at this time.
If no guarantee is called in, we will assume the guarantee is the number on the invoice at that time.
Box lunches and other simple orders need to be placed 48 hours in advance with payment due when placing order.
In the event that your function is cancelled 30 days prior to the event, you will receive a full refund.

Choo Choo Barbeque started about six years ago.
Growing up on a farm in the rural Piedmont area of North Carolina, we always cooked pork on an open pit.
We used hickory wood to give it that smoky flavor.
As a child I lived close to the "Southern RR" track and saw trains going by every day.
I remember stories of the "Old 97" mail train that used to pass right by my house near Danville, Virginia in Pelham, North Carolina.
Sadly it crashed in the early 1900's in the Dan River.
Fifteen years ago I built a cooker from an oil barrel.
