Our family-owned, family-run business in Fremont, California, catered its first event in 1984. But our roots even run deeper than that. Our history stretches back to Butch Cafe on Front & Clay Streets in San Francisco in the 1940's. Back to the Club 65 at Sixty-Fifth and Broadway Streets in Sacramento in the 1950's. Back to the Stella Doro Restaurant on Fremont Boulevard in Centerville in the 1960's.

And back to the intersection of Highway 680 and Calaveras Boulevard, where during the 1970's and 80's the "red tile roof" marked the location of Calamity Jane's Steakhouse. So, while Vintage catered its first event in 1984, it was Galdino & Josephine, Marge & Grandpa Frank, Sam & Mary, and Dino & Mary Jane who set the table for us today. Three generations, two families, and now one company with a tradition and history of fine hospitality, outstanding food, and courteous service.

We start 2020 with a new format--more customized menus and fewer standard selections. Our commitment to professionally servicing all aspects of your special event remains our cornerstone.

We are especially sensitive to the challenges of planning memorials and funerals.
Our preexisting relationships with many area funeral homes and churches allow us to provide you with a seamless celebration of your loved one's life.
Our respectful and sensitive approach to planning memorials and funerals will free you to keep your focus where it is most important.
Whatever you choose to serve your guests, you can feel confident that our meals are always freshly prepared using Northern California's highest quality ingredients.
Our proximity to the growing fields of the Central Valley and the Salinas coast ensures that our produce is always fresh and flavorful.
We source our poultry, meat, and fish from local vendors whenever possible and serve only lean, hormone-free cuts.
And we draw on our extensive experience as wedding caterers to make sure that your food is always hot, never dry, and served right on time.
The Morning Edition package is our early morning beverage and light breakfast service, which includes fresh-brewed coffee and hot tea, chilled juices, assorted pastries, fresh fruits, and yogurt parfaits.
We also offer a variety of freshly baked quiches, smoked salmon, and other selections to choose from.
We will be happy to work with you to build your own Morning Edition menu with a $250 minimum.
Because of Bay Area transportation challenges, we now limit our mid-day and afternoon services.
