A "Pop-up Event" is where a local Bay Area winery, country club, restaurant, diner, cafe, deli, or coffee shop would host Papa Lee's and feature my authentic Southern BBQ. Alternately, I might host a pop-up at a local banquet hall.
These events would be held in the evenings and/or on weekends and might occur once a year, once a quarter, once a month or more often.
