In 2014 owner, Adriana Dominguez, decided to take a leap of faith and leave her corporate job to start her own catering company. Since then her business has flourished; from starting with school banquets and private dinners to becoming one of the Inland Empire's premier wedding caterers. She offers a full consultation with customization options and is exceptionally detailed in what is provided to hopefully help alleviate some of the stress of planning an event, party, or wedding.
Adriana is a Wife, Mother and Grandmother. Her favorite food is Blackened Swordfish or Halibut but also loves an authentic Chile Relleno (like her Abuela makes) - fresh salsa is a must! In leisure she enjoys spending time with family, hiking, walking on the beach, listening to music, traveling, writing, and reading.
