We hired Gava D's to provide smoked ribs, rib tips, cole slaw, pulled pork, moink balls (my personal favorite), and jalapeno poppers. The food arrived on time in the quantity specified and was a huge hit with our guests.

He was so helpful, easy to work with, prices are very very reasonable for both the amount and quality of food that we received. We were so happy with our catering service and got SO many compliments from our guests, even after the wedding! I would highly recommend him for any event!.

This is Mikey T, not Robin B. Gava D's BBQ catered our wedding on October 22. We enjoyed tri-tip, chicken, amazing beans, Mac & cheese & Cole slaw. The food was absolutely outstanding!!! Everyone I talked to commented on how delicious the food was. And all the food was delicious. Amazing beans is the perfect name for these beans. Little chunks of pineapple!! Ridiculously good. And the tri-tip and chicken, you barely have to chew it. The Mac & cheese was so good. I'm running out of adjectives for this food lol.

Omg!!! The guest could not stop raving about the food! I added Mac n cheese, jalapeño poppers and the Ceasar salad to the starter menu! Was so happy with the flavor of the smoke and the quality of the food and service from Elliot and his wife. This was a huge hit at our daughters engagement party! Wish I had taken pictures to post!! Will use them again!!!

I know my review is super late but we loved their food and him so much we wanted to leave a review . So better late than never! We used their catering services for day after our wedding brunch at our house in Temecula wine country in March about 2 years ago and they were beyond amazing! They were so professional, they came in and set up and cooked the food and made their stations! Thank you

We had Gava D's cater our wedding and it was just incredible. My, now wife, and I are awful planners and did the whole thing ourselves. Naturally, we waited until the last minute to reach out to Elliot (literally a week before the wedding). He was a really great guy and was very helpful and understanding about the late booking request. Our wedding was at a lodge on Palomar Mountain, which Elliot had no problem driving all the way out for with a small driving surcharge. The pricing was ahead of any competitor and the food most likely was as well. The food was incredible and the setup was tasteful. Elliot was there to help the whole way and really made the catering and feeding process of the wedding smooth. I would 110% recommend booking Gava D's for your event if you want to have some great food and people on your side.
