LUZ is certified by the Green Restaurant Association, achieved Gold LEED certification for overall environmental sustainability, and, in 2018, was named NYC's Best Organic Catering Company at LUX Life's Food & Drink Awards.
LUZ is plastic-free, using only biodegradable products and materials, and limits waste by making sure whatever is left behind on set is environmentally friendly and/or 100% compostable.
