For the past 30 years, we've had the privilege of working for Macy's on the Thanksgiving Day Parade in feeding the crews that inflate the balloons and build the floats!
We're also proud partners of Centennial Golf Course and Lasdon Park. Brian and his staff have been catering our events for years and they take great care of our staff and guests. In 1958, Dan Ledley started a simple catering service, delivering hot coffee, donuts, and lunch to workers at companies and job-sites throughout Putnam County.
With the help of his wife Patricia, their five children, and many friends and associates, the business expanded and Ledley Food Service began catering barbecues, family events, and weddings; eventually moving into a 5000-square foot commissary, warehouse, and office location in Brewster, NY.
Today, Ledley Food Service is still family owned with son, Brian, and his family, presiding over the company as one of the area's top caterers for corporate and private events.
