Fly Away Gourmet is the only caterer in Vail Valley to offer an extensive Green Packaging program.
Born and raised in St. Croix in the USVI, chef/owner of Second Nature Gourmet Marla Leblow spent her early years enjoying the island lifestyle.
Later in her childhood, her family relocated to Western North Carolina where her love of the mountains began.
We specialize in the freshest product and produce available, so some items may only be available seasonally.
INDIVIDUAL INCLUDES: Steel cut oats served in micro safe container with toppings on the side.
6 Assorted crust less bite sized sandwiches with spreads pattered individually or for multiple people.
Your choice of Citrus, ancho rubbed Steak $45 Salmon $45, Shrimp $43 or Chicken $40.
Served with roasted corn, black beans, tomatoes, avocado, crispy tortilla, queso fresco, lime, cilantro lime crema.
When ordering, please be sure to include tail number, wheels up time & FBO (EGE, RIL, ASE).
There is a $35 delivery charge for EGE, in addition all orders are subject to a 18% FBO and Airport Assessment Fee.
