Chef Brian Cacatian was born and raised in Hawaii. His love for cooking started at a very young age, after high school he attended culinary school. He, along with his wife Monica, have over 40+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience. A culinary school graduate, he is an American Culinary Association certified chef, and recipient of San Diego's Chef Celebration scholarship award 2011.
We had HBC at a birthday party and we loved all the food they provided! Chicken Katsu, Short Ribs and pork were all well flavored and accompanied by traditional sides. Great service and excellent food!

Our full catered services covers everything from plates, eating utensils, food, drinks cups, linens, chafers, and of course our professional friendly staff-family members!.
All catered events are subject to a service charge of 18% to 25% of food total!
Service charge covers set up break down fees, gas, delivery fee, commercial kitchen usage fees, and staff labor costs.
Service charge percentage based off of number of quests, food cost, and how many staff members needed to execute the event.
In addition, California sales tax!.
