In 2012, Chef Carlos Ortega decided to formally pursue his passion of cooking fresh, quality, authentic Mexican food by opening Artesano Taco, formerly known as Y Tacote Catering. Growing up in Durango, Mexico, Chef Ortega brings home-made, healthy recipes he learned from his mom, Dona Delia. Today, he specializes in a variety of tacos, always served with a fresh tortilla, made onsite by hand, but can always create a menu that meets your needs.
