My name is Greg and I am the Owner and Executive Chef of ICE Catering/Incredible Catered Events. We are a full service catering event company and chef service. Our specialties include wood roasted meats and exotic themed events for any occasion. I grew up in Hawaii riding my long board and living the island lifestyle. When I wasn't surfing, I was working in the family catering business and learning the customer service and cooking techniques that made us the TOP Catering business on Oahu for 30 years!
