Following this very business model, Maria & Arturo opened their first restaurant the "City Cafe" in the City of Orange in what was known as the City Mall aka The Outlets of Orange.
After a successful venture and forced closure of their restaurant, Maria & Arturo began a new journey in the opening and operations of their second restaurant "La Isla."
Playing host to many live entertainers of Anaheim's thriving multicultural heritage and growing catering business, Maria & Arturo admirably sold their restaurant and decided it was time to focus on their first love; Catering.

Executive set-ups require more details from; linens, chafers, china, food and equipment set-up.
