At age 16, Beth found her passion of cooking while taking a job from a neighbor who happened to own one of the finest, and one of the very few at the time, catering company's in Cincinnati. She started at the bottom with a few tasks: dishwashing, spinning lettuce (which she still does!), and much prep work to set such precedence. As time moved forward, Beth learned and absorbed all she could!
Eventually, Beth was able to open up her own catering business in 1984 with great success because of the style and experience she gained from the Creme de la Creme. After her neighbor, the owner of Creme de la Creme retired, customers followed their tastes to Beth O'Leary Catering! Beth likes to say, "there's a lot to be said to be in the right place at the right time!"
