Located in Historic Germantown, Tipsy Cafe & Catering is a purveyor of fine Contempary Food from the esteemed Chef Anh Vongbandith. Tipsy Cafe & Catering was created to share contemporary style foods in the Philadelphia area. Flavors are a mixture from Chef Anh's background and travels. We strive on creating fresh, healthy, and affordable foods. Almost all of our sauces, marinades and spices are created in-house.
All burgers, wings, etc are always fresh and never frozen. Tipsy Cafe is a take out restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily with a large emphasis on catering pick-up and delivery. We also participate with off-site catering and events upon requests. Choice of breakfast meats, fried egg, American Cheese on Choice of English Muffin, Biscuit, Toast, or a Brioche Roll.
Crispy Deep Fried Belgium Waffle Topped with berry compote, whipped cream, and powdered sugar. Crispy Fried Belgium waffle topped with panko crusted chicken breast, choice of BBQ, Das Hot or honey mustard, and powdered sugar.
