They were flexible in arranging phone call meetings in the lead up to the big day as I was not around for a lot of the build up.
We got to meet in person twice and I was amazed by how much of a well-oiled machine they were in planning out the meeting.
My husband and I had a specific order of events in mind regarding the timing of the intros/first dance/meal and dessert, and although it wasn't what the caterer was used to doing, they made our vision work.
