Having a strong team is what has allowed us to offer such consistent service for so many years. With a combined experience of well over 100 years we have the experience to take care of your next event. Because of their love of cooking and serving others, Betty and her best friend Georgia Johnson began catering in the late 1980s. Over the last 30+ years Betty has been at the helm as the business grew from a small operation in a basement kitchen to one of the largest caterers in Knoxville.

Growing up as Betty's son, Austin began catering and cooking at a young age. In 2006 when Henry's Deli was opened he came to work full time and has been in the position ever since.
