The Moveable Feast is a collection of talented and dedicated individuals who have a passion for creating memorable events "one event at a time!" It starts with our owner Dan Huntsbarger, a 39-year veteran of the food service industry and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York. After refining his cooking skills at a number of great restaurants, Dan and his wife Carol opened their own restaurants.

Both of their restaurants received high marks for creative food and great service. The catering division of Dan's company has been producing exceptional events since 1995. In 2004 the decision was made to focus all of our attention on catering. The goal was to bring our award winning food and service to every event no matter the size or location. In order to set our goals into action, we set out to build a team of passionate and detail-oriented leaders, many of whom had helped make our restaurants a success.

Over the years, The Moveable Feast's dinner auction packages have raised over $900,000 for various local charity organizations.
The Moveable Feast has maintained a long-standing relationship with SASHA Farms animal rescue.
One look at an animal in need is all it takes!
We knew we could offer a great deal of help to this organization by helping them to cut feed costs.
Each day, an average of 30lbs of food scraps are donated to the farm.
Our sales team members are experts in event planning.
They custom build each proposal based on vision, budget, location, and expectations.
All proposals are itemized and very transparent through the listing of specific offerings and associated costs.
Your comments are used to fine-tune proposals making sure that your event is absolutely perfect.
Our food is made from scratch, pure and simple.
Created from years of culinary training, all of our food is properly seasoned with layers of flavor the way great food should be.
Each of our chefs possesses a true passion for cooking, and since we only do off-premise events, they are expertly trained at cooking with our fleet of specially designed kitchen trucks.

Our expert event planners create every proposal specifically tailored to fit your needs, vision, budget and location using our extensive menus.
Our canapes, or one-bite savory foods, make for perfect tray passed appetizers.
They can also be displayed as guests arrive with appetizer platters, and hot appetizers to create a spectacular reception.
Our event planners will make suggestions to help round out your selections based on your preferences.
Chicken Roulade - Chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto, dill Havarti cheese, and spinach.
Baked, sliced, and served with stoneground honey mustard sauce.
Asian Flank Steak Platter - Flank steak marinated in pineapple juice, fresh ginger, and soy sauce, sliced thin and grilled.
Our entrees can be served as plated meals, family-style dinners, or on self-serve buffet stations.
