He started his creative cooking while feeding the brothers of Phi Kappa Psi while in college and used those skills to capture the love of his life, Krystal.
His passion is creating things from scratch, and using his own unique recipes to make every dining experience memorable for every customer.
As the owner of three Rib Line restaurants, two in San Luis Obispo and one in Grover Beach, Brian has made a name for himself as a chef on the Central Coast.
