My name is Martine, and I was born and raised in New York. My parents are from Haiti, and I grew up in a community with quite a large Haitian population. Food that tastes good was not only available, it was expected. If your taste buds are working, I believe it's your responsibility to treat them with respect like you would other parts of your body.

That's why Taste Buds Required offers real, delicious food that you can serve to your friends and family with a smile. We offer Haitian catering for family events in New York and the Hudson Valley. I was the maid of honor for the first time in my best friend's wedding. I was overwhelmed to say the least towards the end. But with Martine's help, the bridal shower and the wedding went great.

She had all the bits and pieces needed. She planned a great bridal shower where the food and decorations were excellent. She is very easy going and tactful. Professionalism is something you don't see anymore, so when you find it the experience is top notch.
