I was trained by my husband's Italian grandmother when we were first married and have carried those recipes and skills into my present profession.
Red Roof Catering is a family-owned and operated business in Holland, MA since 1994.

As a small family business we started by providing business lunches for local companies and grew to include family events!

She gave me wonderful, expert advise and guided me to a menu choice that my daughter and I were very happy with, and she helped us stay within our budget.
At the reception, she and her staff even helped with some decoration set-up that we were unable to do.
The staff was thorough, attentive and friendly.
And, best of all, the food was plentiful, and absolutely delicious.
