We come to your home, your place of business, your cabin, your marina, anywhere and we prepare your meal on site! You get the sights, the sounds and best of all, the smell of fresh food being prepared on your premise! We have modern, commercially built mobile kitchens. We are totally self-contained and need no additional water or electricity! We cook our pigs the "Old Fashion" way over a charcoal fire.
We cook them long and slow at a very low temperature to lock in the juices and to improve the tenderness. Our clients continually rave that we produce the best tasting pork they have ever experienced! Depending on the size of the pig, many pigs cook for more than 20 hours! Don't worry we are not camping out at your house! We will begin cooking the pigs at our shop and then transport them to your location and finish cooking them there.
We also offer Beef Brisket, Charcoal Roasted Chicken, Pit Beef, Pit Ham, Turkey, Sausage and Ribs all smoked with Hickory wood!
