Paella Y Pa Ti Catering Service is a company created to assist our customers with the best customer service and satisfaction possible. Our goal is to be able to serve all of our loyal customers with all their catering needs and event planning needs and give new customers the best experience possible for them to come back to us and be a part of our family.
Dennis Fernandez our Executive chef is one of the Pioneers of paellas in Miami one of the co founders of EL Rey De La Paella and has been doing paellas since 1994 with his mom and grandfather. Dennis did his first Paella in 1999 by him self and since then he has only burn one paella and over salt two of them LOL he is a great talented chef that has done a little over 10,000 paellas in his career and has won multiple awards like 2006 Best Taste in the Wine and Food Festival with Chef: Adam Perry Lang by Martha Steward.
He has work with the Best chefs in the world like Guy Fieri, Bobby Fley, Emeril Laggaci, Michael Muran, just to mention a few of them and today one of the food directors of the Swine and Wine at the Biltmore hotel.
