The original building was constructed by Gideon Pierce to serve the needs of the growing village of Ercildoun in 1818. Pierce, a member of the Followfield Meeting House across the street, was a staunch Abolitionist and conductor on the Underground Railroad. Pierce's store served as the village's post office, and officially established the village's name of Ercildoun.

Triple Fresh's Butcher team has the expertise to advise you on the cut you seek, and to hand trim and deliver the perfect cut of meat to you - be it a roast, steak, chop, drumstick, rack or anything else you need.
You pick the plan, we will cut it fresh and wrap it for the freezer.
Choose to pick up your plan inside Triple Fresh Market, or you can select Curb-Side Pick up and we will bring it out to your car!
