Due to the DRASTIC market price fluctuation, we are forced to price each quote individually according to market prices at the time of the request.

All full-service events include all cooking and serving equipment (serving tables w/red & white checked linens, five foot charcoal grills, chafing dishes with sterno, salads on ice, serving spoons and tongs, and a 10'x10' pop-up tent to cover the food.)
An additional charge is added to all full service events to cover the costs involved (serving equipment, chafing dishes, sterno, etc).

Changes to any date (other than the primary rain date) will be charged 25%, unless the new date in an approved weekday (subject to the American B-B-Q Company's approval).
We understand that changes occur and can inconvenience all parties; please let us know about them as soon as possible.
