Our extensive resources and experience make us among the most qualified caterers for your corporate function. Our homebase is comprised of a 5,000 square foot kitchen in uptown New Orleans. We have a fully equipped 28' mobile kitchen and plenty of auxiliary equipment to handle the largest of events.

He was the Chef de Cuisine at "Rio Mar" and the Executive Chef at "The Franklin".
