Cirque Kitchen & Spirits
Cirque Kitchen and Spirits was started in 2017, by founders Brandon Becker and John Lugovich. Becker was working around the city of Denver as Executive Chef of a couple of restaurants such as Red Square European Bistro, Black Bird Public House, The District, 1515 Restaurant, and a few others. We strive to keep evolving, keep spinning the wheel to learn and grow with the public.

Our goal on the food truck is to connect one another through food. To bring cultures together, to show the rich history of food, and drink, while offering it at a budget that wont break the bank! Cirque will provide catering to small private events in the Denver metro area. We intend to offer a unique combination of flavors, experience, and presentation, to whet our guests' appetite.

Here at Cirque we believe in community, and we would love to cater to you and youre group of people. Our catering style revolves around you, the guest. We can cater to any theme and style. With the use of the food truck, Cirque Kitchen will continue pop-up dinners, providing special dining experience in different locations on a regular basis.
