Chef Steven Pernetti started his culinary career flipping pizzas at the age of 14, then by the age of 19, he worked for the InterContinental Hotel in NYC and San Diego for 5 years. He worked his way through restaurants on both coasts. Chef Pernetti became the Executive Chef at the Golden Door Resort in Southern California 25 years ago then continued on as the Executive Chef at Cal-a-Vie Health Spa Luxury Resort as the Personal Chef for multiple celebrities.

Chef Pernetti left Cal-a-Vie to team up with Rotisserie Affair Catering in Southern California as the Executive Chef for over 4 years. He then went on to start his own Catering Company Rotisserie Cuisine & Catering on the East Coast. Steven Pernetti is now the Owner and Chef of Rotisserie Cuisine & Catering which is located in the Tri-State Area. He has partnered with Kimmy Addiego who has been a Certified Nutritionist, Event Planner & Decorator since 2004.

Together they are providing a unique catering experience like no other and they welcome all types of events.
