Sonoma County native, Kristina Daya, lives our her passion daily creating locally sourced, seasonal and organic food experiences for all to enjoy. While journeying throughout the Mediterranean, Chef Kristina cultivated her craft-mindfully creating inspired menus using the best ingredients possible. She believes the relationship she creates with the farmers is essential to the overall vision.

Her specialities include food and wine pairing experiences + full service weddings and events. Mazza Catering was established in 2011 and has been welcomed by the community with open arms. An entire culture of eating, making a celebration out of gathering and being present in the moment. In 2017 Chef Kristina earned The Confrrie de le Chaine des Rtisseurs, an esteemed chefs' accolade, given by the Bailliage de Hillsborough, by the Vice Conseiller Gastronomique.
