Ace Catering and Banquets was founded in 2001 in Whiting, Indiana. At that point, Ray Kosinski was making pizzas and catering small events under the name Portside Grill and Catering. The company named changed to Ace Catering and Banquets in 2002. For over a decade, Ace Catering and Banquets have adopted 5 banquet halls in the Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland area.
Along with an extensive number of banquet halls, a restaurant was also added to the business. For years Ace has been providing families with memorable and affordable banquet and food experiences. From banquet parties, to outdoor grilling on location, Ace Catering is here to be a part of your next event. For Ray, this is not work. This is doing what he loves, and bringing people together.

Packages all include choice of biscuits, english muffins, toast, or breakfast rolls with butter and jelly.
Stuffed Cabbage, Smoked or Fresh Polish with Kraut, Pierogi (Meat, Cheese, Potato, or Kraut), Sweet Cabbage with Noodles, Green Beans or Corn.
