I was born and raised in Monclova, Coahuila Mexico and grew up in a hospitality environment.
In 2016 I gambled everything on a dream and walked away from a successful career. With a loan from my Father, and the full support of my beloved wife. We took the leap on opening our own family operated catering business in Dallas TX. We named our new company after our hometown Monclova, Coahuila. After working for some great companies and with many different chefs and their distinct personalities.
We were able to combine amazing foods and styles of presentation that mixed with traditional European standards were lessons that became qualities handed down to us by our mentors and now friends, that have lead us to our mutual passion of planning catering events, using our experience approach to service that will be remembered by all in attendance for its exquisite attention to detail.

Collect all wedding decor item brides has prior to wedding (sign-in book, guest favors, cake knife and topper, picture frames and other items).
Set all wedding decor bride delivered prior to event day (May require an assistant depending on number of items and complexity of set up).
3 tier Bridal Cake with butter cream icing with any piping design in any 3 flavors of amaretto, strawberry, red velvet, chocolate or coconut rum.
Includes cake riser, cake cutting service, packaging of left over cake, complimentary anniversary cake that serves 15 and china 7 cake plate, fork and paper dinner napkin.
