However, a friend wanted to have our great burgers in his back yard for his wedding rehearsal dinner, so we bought a grill and a cart and THE Hamburger Man catering was born. Turns out a lot of people wanted us to carter our delicious burgers in their backyards, at their school functions and for their employees! By 1980 we were traveling from Waco to the Dallas and Fort Worth metroplex to serve our now famous burgers.
