From the initial catering requests through the extremely windy event on the day of - Chef Matt V was awesome! He offered various pricing quotes to meet our budget. He was perfectly punctual in communication via email and phone! Like I said it was windy, but that didn't let his team skip a beat or throw the towel in. They were professionals and adapted to even the windiest of cookouts!
So let me tell you about the meal! I'm still salivating thinking about it. BBQ chicken breasts cooked to perfection and kept warm for 4 hours BUT weren't dry or tasteless. Our neighbors kept coming back for MORE! An awesome Mac n' Cheese buffet set-up that, even with the wind blowing out the sternos was delivered exquisitely!
