Services
Jill Carter (Joslin) left the corporate world after having her daughter, Alexi.
She continued in sports marketing for another 10 years but always loved to cook and entertain.
As a single mother, she couldn't just jump ship and start something new.
However, in 2007 she went to work helping a caterer and restaurant owner build their franchise business.
After that project was complete she began to run the "school food service management business" for G Texas Catering.
In 2012 she and a partner bought that piece of the business.

The meals are thought out by our team of chefs, are well balanced and provide each student a fulfilling, delicious meal.
Our dining facilities aren't just any ordinary school cafeteria.
Our students have many options from fresh homemade pizzas made from scratch, "build your own" salad bar with fresh fruits, vegetables, meats & cheeses and interactive manager's stations.
Our trained chefs prepare foods from fresh ingredients, limiting the use of processed foods and preservatives.
