Donna Sellers is the owner and driving force behind Unique Catering.
Her passion toward cooking began in her teens and developed under the tutelage of her Middle Eastern born Grandfather and, later, her Cajun Mother-in-law.
While living in New Orleans, she dissected Italian and French cuisines from world renowned restaurants; recreating complicated entrees in her home kitchen through trial and error.
